STRUCTUM Competition “HOTEL SPACE” Announces and Honors Its Top Project Winners

The competition “HOTEL SPACE”, organized by STRUCTUM, brought together talented creators from across Lithuania. From October 2025 to February 2026, participants developed innovative, sustainable, and contemporary hotel space concepts, presented on the Structum platform.

On March 26, during a Thursday evening, a ceremonial event took place at Hotel PACAI in Vilnius, where the best projects and their authors were officially awarded and recognized.

A highly professional jury carefully evaluated each project with responsibility and insight. The jury included:
Rūta Pulkauninkaitė-Macikė – General Manager of Hotel PACAI
Sigita Rudzevičienė – General Manager of Grand Hotel Vilnius
Mantvydas Indilas – General Manager of Hilton Garden Inn Vilnius City Centre
Rytis Mikulionis – Architect, Head of architecture studio “Plazma”
Eglė Rukšėnaitė – Founder of E77 Hotels & SPA Development
Evalda Šiškauskienė – Head of the Lithuanian Hotel and Restaurant Association, hotel project consultant
Greta Valikonė and Indrė Sangus – Architects, founders of “YES.design” studio

The competition gathered 28 teams (41 participants), and projects were assessed through the lens of modern hospitality: sustainability, aesthetics, functionality, innovation, and the integration of advanced solutions.

We are especially pleased that the winner of the competition was Justyna Kazinec – a creator whose vision was supported by the E77 team. This once again confirms that a sensitive, sustainable, and aesthetically refined approach to hospitality spaces creates distinctive value.
