E77 Wins at the ESPA Innovation Awards 2026 – the “Innovative SPA Concept” of Europe
Lithuania has once again strengthened its position on the European wellness map. At the prestigious ESPA Innovation Awards 2026, the E77 developed project Addere Care Vilnius received one of the highest international recognitions for innovation and future wellness concepts. The project was awarded Innovative SPA Concept 2026 for introducing a new vision of integrated wellness, medical care and long-term wellbeing in Europe.
Created by hospitality and wellness project developers E77 together with Addere Care, the concept combines medical care, SPA, balneology, emotional wellbeing and resort-style living philosophy into one integrated environment. International experts highlighted the project as a completely new category of healthcare infrastructure and a future European standard for long-term care and wellness.
The project will feature more than 4,400 sq. m. of modern infrastructure, including 134 rooms, Medical & Mental SPA spaces, therapeutic gardens and specially designed wellbeing environments focused on both physical and emotional quality of life. In this concept, SPA and balneology become an essential part of therapeutic treatment rather than an additional luxury service.
According to E77 founder and wellness visionary Eglė Rukšėnaitė, the award represents an important shift in the future of wellness and healthcare: “Aging and long-term care should no longer be associated only with treatment or illness. We are creating environments focused on dignity, emotional wellbeing and quality of life.”
The international recognition further strengthens Lithuania’s growing reputation as one of Europe’s emerging leaders in wellness, medical SPA and innovative healthcare infrastructure.
